S159-08 8.5 lbs Series 159 Coil Balance

Afte more inspection, the top coil says 406 J and then the bottom spring says 405 J and then the pivot bar. Also is there a cover that hold it in place available also?

Coil spring doesn't have any markings at all. Upper sash weighs 16.7lb is a simonton window marked Top 2NHS

I am look for replacement coils, shoes and pivot bars for Simonton hurricane rated windows. They are double coils. The coil is stamped 408. The coils are 3/4" wide. I have pictures. Can you assist me?thanks,Gary

Greetings, I am interested in purchasing replacement window balances for my Simonton windows. I have attached photos of the factory balances and pivot shoe. The markings on the items are visible in the photos. Please advise if these are available and how to purchase. Thank you.

We need to replace balances on Simonton 5500 series vinyl replacement windows. We would like to do 1 window first. The coils have no stamp on them. The windows are in a state of disrepair. Broken shoes and coils. Would like to replace the coils and pivot shoes. I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I have already received parts for my smaller windows from SWISCO, they used an 8.5 lb spring. THis window is much larger and the original manufacture used 3 springs in tandum as you can see, All the other parts are the same, so do I just use a stronger spring for use with this window or do i need a ...
