Looking for replacement part

House built in 80s. These plastic pieces are starting to go. Spring is 26c but has hook not screw at top.

2 windows both move. an exterior and interior . one of them weights 53lb. the old spring has its own internal one. closest I found was SWISCO Series 795 but also need help finding the pivot bar

I have looked for information on my windows, but haven't found anything. Hoping you all have this type of pivot lock shoe, though I didn't see it when I looked. Thanks for your help.

Are the 747 t lock open cams universal? I know you don't sell but will any 747 open cam t lock fit? The tabs are broken that lock into my recessed groove on the channel.
