I am looking for 1-1/4'' Pivot Lock Shoe that is open can and has the same hook style as in attached pictures . Could you help me with finding the correct part? This is for IWC sash window.

I have to repair a broken shoe for an inverted block and tackle , tilt window. Windows were installed in 2005. The metal piece in the window channel is stamped with 23B PA BSI. Hi I'm looking to replace these channel balance shoes that have worn out and broken. The 3 light gray are the original shoes. The dark gray is my incorrect attempt to buy the swisco replacement shoe. For vinyl windows, the shoes came out of the steel side bars.

Do you make the 15-236 in an open cam? I ran into this same problem. At what point does it make more sense to just replace the entire balance?

I bought 15-195 a long time ago, the are not compatible with my rails. They will not hook to rail with modifications. Looking for different shoes

The plastic clips that hold the channel in place have either come loose or have cracked.
