Hello, I have windows that are either stuck closed with balance disconnected and up in the top part of the window or windows that just wont stay open. In some cases the clips on the bottom sash are broken. I think I need to order new balances or new clips or both.

Hello, I'm replacing the balance rods in milgard style line windows. I'm pretty sure the balance should be S795-32c but mine has an indent at the bottom that yours doesn't. I also want to replace the shoe which I think is 15-236. Can you please confirm before I order. Thank you

After reviewing images on your Web site, I think I need to order 35" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-35. I will include pictures. The broken piece was already taken out of window. I purchased what I thought was a replacement but it doesn't fit.The curved part at end that clicks into metal crossbar is too thick and not as curved.
