The plastic clips that hold the channel in place have either come loose or have cracked.

Hello, I have windows that are either stuck closed with balance disconnected and up in the top part of the window or windows that just wont stay open. In some cases the clips on the bottom sash are broken. I think I need to order new balances or new clips or both.

After reviewing images on your Web site, I think I need to order 35" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-35. I will include pictures.
