15-236 1-1/4" T-Lock Spring Shoe, Closed Cam

I'm looking to see if I can buy more of these clips. May house is 15 years old, and they are breaking more and more. any idea who build these windows so I can get replacements.

My house was built in 2008. As I understand it, these are Hurd windows and the "shoes" that connect the balance to the windows have been starting to break. Do you happen to have replacements for this window? I've attached pictures of the balance and the broken "shoe". I'm calling it a "shoe" as ... (cont.)

The broken piece was already taken out of window. I purchased what I thought was a replacement but it doesn't fit.The curved part at end that clicks into metal crossbar is too thick and not as curved.

The T lock photo above is the part I am looking for. It appears to be a 15-236 but has a plastic brake shoe. The 15-236 has a metal spring brake.
