All these are breaking in my windows I'll need 26 but not sure which ones these are . Suspect maybe part number 15-195 or 15-236 or 15-229 I just don't know what's different so I need help before I order please . Thank you in advance Brenda

Plain channels 9/16 in wide, 1/2 in deep, 32 in long. The hook in the pivot lock shoes is breaking.

I'm looking for two replacement pivot lock shoes. The numbers stamped in appear to be: 6.679.000 4.610.108 0467.490 I've also attached a picture of the label found on another window in the house. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks! Erin

I need to replace all the balance shoes in the entire house which is 15 windows that are 3-0 x 6-0 windows. The tension on the balances is pulling the balance apart from the shoe. The balances themselves are in good working order but my concern is will the new shoe fit into the old balance. ... (cont.)

I thought I had ordered the right parts, but the T-lock Balance Shoes I received have a "thicker" profile that the black one that I took off of the balance channel from the current window. I'm looking for a replacement t-lock balance shoe that will fit the channel I have. Also, the parts I order ... (cont.)

There is a slight difference between your part S795-28 and my original channel balance. This difference means I can't use the additional 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoe15-195 with my existing balances. Do you have a better fitting balance shoe?
