I thought I had ordered the right parts, but the T-lock Balance Shoes I received have a "thicker" profile that the black one that I took off of the balance channel from the current window. I'm looking for a replacement t-lock balance shoe that will fit the channel I have. Also, the parts I order ... (cont.)

I have that parts broken, I need replace about that part in about 5 windows.

I am looking to replace 2 of them and order several more so that I have them when I need them

There is a slight difference between your part S795-28 and my original channel balance. This difference means I can't use the additional 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoe15-195 with my existing balances. Do you have a better fitting balance shoe?

What model channel is this? It's concave on the end where the 15-236 pivot shoe connects. The issue I'm having is that the black plastic piece at the top has torn and allowed the cord to come out.

As it turns out, while the parts are generally the same, the new part is deeper at the top, where it fits into the spring balance. Hi, I have attached 3 pics of a lock shoe that I need. Its an 1 ¼" wide by 2" long with a thickness of 3/8" I can only locate ones that are a half an inch thick. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeffrey

The spring balances seem to be fine. I just need new shoes and a way to connect them to the balances. Or if I can find a 1/2" balance with attached shoes, that would also be helpful
