Pat#6.679.000 4.610.108 0467.490. Looking for this part and reading I think your part 15-236 may work.

What model channel is this? It's concave on the end where the 15-236 pivot shoe connects. The issue I'm having is that the black plastic piece at the top has torn and allowed the cord to come out.

Hi, I have attached 3 pics of a lock shoe that I need. Its an 1 ¼" wide by 2" long with a thickness of 3/8" I can only locate ones that are a half an inch thick. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeffrey

The spring balances seem to be fine. I just need new shoes and a way to connect them to the balances. Or if I can find a 1/2" balance with attached shoes, that would also be helpful

I attempted to match the grey one in the picture to you 15-195B( order #1595647) but the part cannot hook on in the steel frame with the spring. In the past the window warranty sent me these black thinner one inch ones and they worked too. -David

From an Atria window, about 13 years old.

They gray T-Lock I just purchased to replace the tan one. The hook on the new on is a little pig to fit in the sash. Is there another size I need?

Im looking for some new pivots that fit the channel balances pictured. The channels are stamped 28C and the pivots are marked 6.679.000, 4.610.108, D467.490. Can you please point me in the right direction? If you need more photos I can get those as well.
