I have a couple questions. First, can you refer me to a how to video on installing the boot that holds the spring. Is there any way you supply these balances and shoes? They are probably from 2004 and maybe Pella Windows. They are all pretty much going bad due to the plastic shoe being brittle and breaking there are nine Windows total with four balances a piece

Hello Swisco--The 15-195B's I purchased are 1/2" where they need to be 3/8" in order to fit into a channel balance that is concave at the bottom end. Do you sell such a balance shoe. (See photo.) Thank you!

These parts are all starting to break at the same time, I will be in process of opening a window and I will feel it give and then the metal bracket shoots up the channel because the part has failed to hold. Is it possible to replace this? Do you have this?

Need to replace this type of hardware for several windows. Not sure of the type required or if I need to replace the track along with the lock balance shoe. Also not sure if you have instructions on removing the old hardware from the channel to place in the new hardware.
