26-471 Top Tilt Latch Pair

We are looking to replace a few tilt window latches that measure 2 11/16" x 5/8" (see attached picture. We also need weather stripping. See attached picture. Do you have any recommendations? These are Simonton windows that are 22 years old.

This latch broke and I need a new one. It came off a PlyGem window from a ten year old house. There was only one sticker I could find in the window frame, which where I could make out the name PlyGem. Not sure if that helps at all. Thank you for your assistance.
