Hi, Can someone please help me identify the following pivot hinges including the intermediate hinge. The door Manufacturer is Vistawall.

I am in need of these pivot hinges, i am seeing alot when i search but none match ad need to replace like the original. the door has The hinges has no name or markings

I'm looking for the upper and lower hinges right and left side for this store

The hinge are the left side of your facing the door from outside and right side when your facing the door from inside. What are the hinges I need, I think the hinges are bad because if I raise the door a little they were fine for 10 minutes, after the door rubs against the threshold ... (cont.)
