I have (7) commercial aluminum windows with most having disfunctional operators. The windows are from 1988. Seeking to replace all operators and need assistance in ID'ing. I had ordered a 39-028E, 39-533 and 39-114L. Obviously the 39-028E is the wrong style. Regards, Tom

Hello, I need to replace the right and left side casement operators in a JT Garden window. The attached photos are of the left side operator. The 39-466/467 have the same hole pattern but the arm is slightly longer I think. Can you please help me with the correct part numbers for the replacements ... (cont.)

How dobyou get the size?

The crank only opens the window an inch, then it "wheels" into emptiness as if it wasn't latching onto the mechanism. truth hardware anderberg mfg

Looking for the piece missing that you turn to open the window, the window on the right (from inside) is missing the handle. I was able to get the Brand - Truth. Looks like model number is 30744.

Need a left and a right side

Hello - I'm trying to find new replacement for these cranks. I reached out to manufacturer and they no longer make them but directed me to your website. Do you carry a replacement for this casement window operator that folds? It works fine now, but I'm hoping for a folding version to allow a blind to more easily sit in front of the window. This is made by Truth.

There's a number "24 45054" on the back of the handle, but that's not the part that needs replacing. I've taken photos of the window operator that's had a gear come loose (and also a photo of one that works fine) and so the mechanism no longer opens/closes the window when the handle is attached as i ... Hi - had a break-in on NYE through a small side window in our kitchen. Trashed the bar that opens the window (not sure of the proper name) - approximately 7" measured from the gear in the handle housing. Need a replacement - thoughts?

trying to find this part I'd like to order 2 rights and 2 lefts 7 1/2 inch operator arm, I found them on your site, however, the screws attach from the outside, your part attaches from the front on each side of the crank the threads on mine seem stripped and don't hold the crank
