Can you please identify so I can order these replacements.

I am looking for an extended channel balance for Insulate brand window. The CB is 13 3/4 inches long and marked 13 3 B.S.I. ( shows in second photo ) I believe I only need one balance but would like it to ship with the plastic removal clips I am ordering as the originals break when I try to pull out ... (cont.)
