I need (I think) right-handed cranks, as all crank handles face the same way and are mounted on right side of windows. The crank link is threaded. Crank was installed with condo about 20 years ago. Item# 39-017 Pan Am/Daryl Window Crank w/ threaded hole - right handed. Item# 33-067 3/8" Should ... (cont.)

Please help me identify the replacement part needed for this operator. Came off a Pan-Am window. Top screw holes to bottom screw holes ~ 5 1/8" center-to-center. Also, need to identify and order screw to atrach arm to window since threads stripped while removing. Thank you.

Screw that joins the operator with the window

I researched online the appropriate replace for my window operator. I ordered the 39-278. It doesn't have two holes at top nor a threaded arm. I called Customer service and they asked me to send pictures. Please let me know my best replacement peace.

I am looking at Window Crank Model 39-017 to replace and existing one with worn gears. Can you please let me know Model No for the four screws need to fasten the crank on to the window frame? The photo of the Pan Am window crank 39-017 shows the hole on the 2 3/8' arm with a 3/8" thread hole. The Screw bolt 33-067 has a 3/8" shoulder and 5/16" - 18 Thread end. Is this the Screw for this Crank. Elmer

If I ordered a pan am/daryl window crank (39-016 & 39-017), would the other parts be included like the shoulder screw and the screws to mount the crank onto the window frame and any other supporting parts?

Are the 3/8" shoulder screws 33-067 sold in packages or individually?
