What screws do I need for the above handle

I have not been able to identify the window manufacturer. No markings on the opener. I haven't removed the opener yet hoping to identify a replacement from the photos. It looks like the 39-017 might be correct? The other possibility is the 39-280? Thanks for any help

Approx center-to-center dimensions: Top holes: 0.45" Bottom holes: 1.3" Top-to-bottom holes: 5.2" Both arm lengths: 2.5" Arm pivot hole: 0.275" The only markings visible are "Pat no D-198 ... The pan am/Daryl I bought from you do not fit. Bottom holes are to far apart. Any options?Here are the window holes.. not sure why 3 holes on bottom or if they changed then out years ago.

for lower hole to attach to arms it says 5/16-8 thread do you also carry the screws for need to attach the arms?? thank you.

My crank looks different than others I've seen on your site. Small attaching arm is 2 & 3/16". The actuating arm coming out of the worm gear has a "crook" offset where mine broke. Top to bottom screw mount is 5 & 1/4". Thank you
