Hi window will not close fully and realized the separation of the arm. Unscrewed the small white part from the frame and believe the metal piece that typically connect it to the arm is broken.

The crank handle has disengaged from the lever controlling the opening louvers. It looks like pin has sheared off. Also plastic clips have become brittle and broken off. Rubber seals have hardened and become ineffective. Basically a renovation job which I can do is now in order as long as I get the ... (cont.)

I have 2 awning windows from a currently unknown manufacturer that recently broke.
