I need replacements for this truth hardware for 2 upstairs casement windows. I believe the plate is 8 inches but it does not look the same as the hardware I found when looking at images on your website.

I have a casement window that cranks open from the bottom. The lower crank mechanism is still functional but the upper window linkage mechanism has a broken link. Is it possible to purchase a replacement upper linkage mechanism? Can't find a visible serial # anywhere in situ.

Hello, I have a 4 bar style casement window hinge with the numbers 81706 & 30564 stamped on it. On the hinge side, the catch comes to a point where the hinge seats in the closed position.
