Casement lock with 1/2" to 5/8" gap
I haven't seen a casement lock yet here with these dimension. Mounting screws 2 5/8" Gap between mount and lock point is 1/2" to 5/8" depending on where you measure it on the taper. Cranks 39-002 and 39-001 fit these windows perfectly, but I suspect that's rather standard?

My Getty operators worked out well. It turns out that some replacement latches for the bottom windows are also needed. Can you help with these?

Keeper for 38-005
Hello, I have identified part #38-005 which is the locking handle that I need for the windows that I have. I also need to identify the mating keeper for this handle. In other words, the part the handle hooks onto to keep the window closed. Thank you, Bill

Part: locking handle for casement window
Fenestra casement window handle. I previously ordered 2 5/8 handle that does not fit and is being returned. Looks like I measured wrong and should have 2 3/8 handle. Sending photo for confirmation of size and requesting recommendation for handle, a "neutral" handle would suffice. ... (cont.)

Like a 38-001 : Neutral Locking Handle, 2-3/8" but with a 1/2" space between catch and keep
I purchased some 38-001 window latches. They nearly work but the gap created when the latch is closed is to tight to fit my windows. I new ones look like they are about 3/8 of an inch in gap. The old ones are have about a 1/2 inch gap. Any help?

Casement Window Security
Recently my parent's house was burglarized. They gained entry through a casement window that was mounted fairly low to the ground. It appears the window pane that normally opens was pried away from the frame enough to then pull it away resulting in the gears inside the crank breaking. I've lo ... (cont.)

Locking handle
Hi. What type of locking handle should be used for a glass casement window, which, I believe, uses a #39-001 9-inch window crank operator, which I want to buy from your company? What's the difference between handle 38-005 & 38-001? Do you ship to NY &/or PRico? Thanks

Casement lock
I have tried your 38001 and 38005, neither of which fit the keepers. I need several of these items, with left- and right-curved handles, so non-curved handles would be better. Thanks for your help and guidance, Brian
