Hi I have these old swing out metal windows from the 40's, I found a few latches that have broke and I'm looking for replacements. I've ordered new cranks from you before and those have worked great, hopefully you'll have this part too. Crank PO: 39-001

I do not see any names, numbers or markings. These crank devices are attached to steel framed windows in a house built in 1951. Hoping you can identify the devices and help me find replacements. There are 7 right-hand and 7 left-hand devices on the windows of the house. Thank you. Brad ... (cont.)

Latch on frame does not hook onto window hardware to lock Had contractor look at it and he said he could not fix. Thinks something is wrong with the lock.

House built in 1949, steel windows original, installed in breezeway. No markings on the hardware that are visible.

Aloha Does Neutral Locking Handle 38-001 come in a left and right side model? If so what is the corresponding Casement Keeper? If not what Casement Keepers work with left and right side Locking handles like 38-001?

Hello one of the window locks of my steel casement window is broken. The piece is etched 92R, the window crank indicates they are from Hope's windows. I am attaching some photos, including one in good condition.

Hi. Our home was built in 1948. Several of the locking handles are broken where it engages into the window frame as described in first photo. I have both left and right handles as well as single handles. Are these available?

Please help me identify the replacement locks I need to get. The kind I found in local hardware stores have too short of an arm that swings out and doesn't catch the part on the window. The 1st pic I loaded shows the too short one.
