This is a ten-year old aluminum casement window from RAM windows in Austin TX. The lower handle fails to lock most of the time. There is sideways play on the handle's hinge that allows it to slip off the bolt. The bolt grinds away on the locking end of the handle.Locking handle has cast inscriptions ... (cont.)

I believe i need new "set piece" for the locks, like in the 3rd picture. The serial #G0314327974, Awning window. All the gaskets are in very good condition. The locks no longer pull the window in. Thanks

Can you identify the following lock with metal shim? I'll be using the shims that go with the locks that are being replaced. These locks and shims are used with my awning windows where the shims are attached on the inside.

Hi. Looking for a replacement latch for a metal casement window from the 50's/60's. Thanks for your help.

The dimensions on the latch are center of holes 2 1/2 inches apart they are threaded to accept screws the latch is 3/16 wide and sets in 5/8 inches. The dimensions on the crank are hole centers 5" apart, Threaded the short arm is 3 1/2" long and the long arm is 9 1/4 inches long

Lock handle and mechanism for vinyl casement window. Unsure of manufacturer

Aloha! My windows are only about 10 years old but the humidity has missed the mechanisms. The crank is ok, the hinge is ok but what appears to be rusting out is the mechanism that connects the crank to the hinge. I watched your video on how to take it apart, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious ... (cont.)
