Looking to replace this truth hardware sash lock. Truth part number is 40242. Also numbers 30386 over patent number 4.059.298 Dimension is roughly 2 3/4" (maybe 2 11/16) by 2 3/16

Want to replace the hand cranks in our kitchen windows. They are measured at 4" long. Need to be right hand crank in white. What is available that might work?

Request help for replacement crank assembly and locking mechanism for a casement window (Window #2). Photos attached. Very pleased with your help a few weeks ago with Window #1.

The gear and shaft for the window is broke off from the rest of the assembly. We also need the latch for the window. I have the Truth casement window locks, 38-075. They are working but some are very hard to lock and the handles won't go all the way down. Some look really dirty inside. Should I clean the insides, and if so, what should I use? And should those little gears be lubricated with something? Thanks! ... (cont.)

Hello, Can the Truth Hardware low profile sash lock be used in place of the Primary casement sash lock? Also, what is the function of the handleless secondary casement sash lock? How does it work? Thank you!

Working on a house i believe was built in the late 60's and windows appear to be original however cannot find any marking or part numbers of any kind. Any help would be appreciated

Sash lock has numbers engraved 45098. Looks like is silver. I am having hard time to tell diameter of bulb tubing and hard to match the two small extensions that come out. Appreciate you help. Thanks.

Hello - I believe these are a 1989 Marvin. We are hoping to change the hardware color to black or bronze. Also the old plastic weather stripping is brittle and failing. It looks like this is in a channel so I am hoping this may be able to be replaced as well. Thank you! ~Andy

There are no markings on this latch other than Patent Pending. They are from a 30 year old batch of wood windows, I'm not even sure of the brand as I am not the original owner. I know they are wood windows that were made in Colorado and a lot of Colorado builders used them in the 80's and 90's. ... (cont.)
