Need help identify parts

The arm says Del Mar Toronto. Casements haven't been opened in years, and I'd love to replace hardware and get them fixed. Any guess as to what parts you might have to replace? Thanks!

mechanism handle rotates upward 90 degrees to open/unlock window......reverse tp close. There are no markings but this is a 25yr old condo so maybe Anderson contractor grade??Thank You for any help!Robert

Sending my pictures for casement window parts. The old parts of window is name Wright looking for operator with split arm,left as shown in picture and also sash lock for it

I identified the locking handle 38-090 now I need the operator , the old operator is missing so I am left with a 1/2" x 3" rectangular hole in the window frame and 2 mounting holes in the base of frame the casement is hinged on the left hand side looking at it from the inside. I think it's the 39-31 ... (cont.)

This piece has broken off, we temporarily glued it back on. We do not have any info on the window. It's part of a bay window.
