38-091 Multi-Point Sash Lock LH, 24 Series

The 38-058R Locking Handle on the left hand side is new one and the rivet head is too thick to clear the support plate. The lock on the left hand side is the old one which clears the support plate. How do I fix this problem, this is an ongoing problem, can not lock our windows. Please respond to thi ... (cont.)

I am going to order product code #38-091. On the old part there was black piping on the inside of the main housing, a type of a seal? Does that come with the part? If not what do I use? Larry
