38-091 Multi-Point Sash Lock LH, 24 Series

I am looking for the guides and the rods for the lock assembly for two windows.

I have CertainTeed Vinyl Windows. I understand that the company is no longer in business. I have windows that open outward with a crank mechanism. 1) The lock mechanism of one window is broken. 2) The crank mechanism of another window is broken.

Need help on how to repair this broken latch. Harvey Casement window. New in 1995 when house was built. Also can't figure a way to manually unlatch that right side.

Do you have a tie bar that matches Truth part # 11916 (referenced in this document: https://www.truth.com/technical-support/catalog/HW17%20Maxim%20Lock.r10.pdf.pdf)?

I'm looking to change the lock and crank to white.

What I need is the hand crank assembly, it is worn on the inside of the mechanism and no longer catches leaving the rod to freely move up and own with out locking. The brand of the hardware is "Truth"

The washer came off and latch no longer works. Need replacement part. Weather Shield casement window. Only marking for part is on lever TRUTH 31401

I do not know what brand of windows I have unfortunately so this is all I have. Hopefully you will be able to help me out I need at least two of these. Mike

My technician tells me it's a casement window operator truth. There is a number 31402 A stamped on the arm

I have 38-091(LH) and a 38-092(RH) from you in beige. Is the color available that is similar to Andersens Terratone ? Last year I thought I saw a color "Clay" offered. Do you still have that color and can I get it ? Thanks, Tom

Need a lock for certaintee casement, someron II. The original lock has a 31401A stamped, the lock is approx 4x7/8", the extended arm is approx 3.375 to 3.5". my lock broke in the closed position. Is my only option to cut it off in order to replace it? Included is a picture of the broken one and another window that is still working in the open position. What part do I need to order once I get the broked lock off?

Hi, I found a lock and a tie bar with item #s 38-091 and 38-916. My question is how the tie bar latches to window sash. There should be a keeper or rail that tie bar cone rollers latch into!
