I need to replace hardware a right hand casement window (as viewed from inside). I have attach a photo of the old but functional left hand window operator, which is stamped "Thuth 31272". I need a complete operator for the right side window. I also need a sash lock, which appears to be #38-091 from ... (cont.)

I need new 46.9" left hand tie bar with three roller (window has three keepers), and 3 tie bar guides like ones in pictures. It goes with a 24 series (38-091) multi point sash lock. I need a this sash lock also.

Trying to replace some broken tie bar guides along with the 46.9" tie bar and 38-091 locking mechanism. Can't find one on your site that matches. Screw holes are 1" apart.

Hi we purchased this Garden window probably in the 90s we are just checking to see if you have replacement parts for Garden windows. Truth window 45082. We need the opposite lock assembly of the picture ie left / right . ( the other window is broken took a picture of the working lock.

Window latch

The lock is broken and I cannot even open the window. How do I get the window open and what part(s) do I need to replace it. I assume it's an Anderson casement window

its 37 11/16 long and the re is 2 hardware attached to the window that catches to hardware on tje side to lock

I need to replace a window latch for Windowmaster vinyl window. Two pictures are attached. One shows working latch intact and other picture shows the broken latch.

I am looking for a Truth dyad casement operator. The part numbers stamped on the arms are 40352, 30905 and 31401.

Unable to see any markings on the window or part, but the crank to open the window has "TRUTH" marked on it. Please see attached photos of locking mechanism and inside and outside of window.

Window lock broke. It is attached to the window on the lower right hand side of the window.

I am looking for locking mechanism for a Better Built casement window. Better Built was bought out by MI Windows. I am sending pictures of the part that I need.

The first picture has what the lock looks like from behind it was taken from the good window. You can see the window lock that's broken the handle it measures 4 buy 3/4. The last picture are locks for the window screen if you have them.

Would you be able to assist me in finding a replacement. Should this be spring loaded so that it finds the latch in the window when you close the window. I can't find an identifier on the window itself.

We have a broken truth brand part# on thumb handle lock is 45082
