Aloha Does Neutral Locking Handle 38-001 come in a left and right side model? If so what is the corresponding Casement Keeper? If not what Casement Keepers work with left and right side Locking handles like 38-001?

I have a vinyl awning (top hinge) window that does not lock closed hard. The operator also appears to have been damaged in some way, as when you crank it all the way in the arms block full closure by having the ends interfere with the frame. Aloha, I am trying to find parts to replace these awning window cranks and arms, window frames are all aluminum. They were probably installed in 1989. What do you suggest?

Attached are pictures of my casement window . Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the handle. It seems that that no matter How much we adjust the screws on the window it seems to lock and then it doesn't. The screws are tight. It is almost as if the eye piece and the hook. The window an ... Hello, I have identified part #38-005 which is the locking handle that I need for the windows that I have. I also need to identify the mating keeper for this handle. In other words,the part the handle hooks onto to keep the window closed. Thank you, Bill
