Good Afternoon, I am searching for the closest awning operator based on my photos. The 39-061 has worked in the past, but the windows I am working on now are different than my order from 2023.

I don't know the manufacturer of this window, so I'm hoping that Swisco has an operator that will fit. The window could be as many as 50 years old or older.

Im not sure if the windows are jalousie or Awning. They are quite old and have no numbers on them. They are all aluminum and I would describe them as stacked awning windows. Hi! I have jalecy windows. They crank open. The handle broke and just kept turning and window wouldn't close.

Good Evening, if you could please help me identify this window crank. It looks alot like the 39-061. Except there is a metal shank riveted to the arm that connects to the window. Hi, my 70s era crank out is broken. Please confirm that I need to replace the mechanism. It's right side crank. Do I need 5 1/4"? Let me know if you need anything else.Joy

The crank style operator on one of our windows appears to be stripped. I can turn it but the window does not open or close - seems the internal threads are not engaging properly. One hole top, two holes bottom

When trying to close the window, the handle comes unscrewed from the assembly. The crank opens three windows that open upwards and downwards. I don't see any identifying marks on the current crank. Thank you

I'm looking for the specialized screw that goes into the mechanism as well as the plastic bushing also I need the snap in Window glazing caps I think I can find the screen retainers but if you have those ones, I could use those as well

Bottom holes are 2 1/4 inches apart. The arm is 2 3/8 long Horizontal holes are 5 1/4 inches apart
