39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I did not disassemble as I'm worried that I may not be able to correctly put it back together. The crank works somewhat but the gears feel as though they are slipping or stripped. Are you able to identify a full replacement set from these photos? I cannot find any markings of what brand the window ... (cont.)

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... (cont.)

If you could help me identify these two parts I would really appreciate it looking to rehab 20 windows this fall

Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. I'm guessing a new hardware kit for this casement window will fix it. Can you help identify which hardware set I need? thanks, Caleb ... (cont.)

Truth entrygaurd number on the arm is 30744. Need to replace left and right arms

Broken crank assembly and cover on older Crestline casement hardware. I have 4 windows with the same parts that are worn (not yet broken). This window is approximately 28in x 32in.

I need to replace 2 of these assemblies.

Note, the hinge is on top of this window.One arm number says 20810. Another arm says EntryGard TruthThank you (in advance) for your help identifying the model of this Truth window opener that I need to replace. The opening device has the words ' Entry Gard ' and ' truth ' stamped on it. There is an identifying number which is L30841. I need one retainer clip if you have it.

Either top bar, or bottom right pin broke off & left window hanging by the operator! #on left operator reads 20810. I don't know the brand. Figure I will replace them all, so I don't have to worry about them in the future (I am 64).
