39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hi, Swisco,I ordered your 39-031 operator and tried to install it. However, my old operator has a flat, metal disc at the end of the arm. The new vinyl disc is too fat, and doesn't go into the track. Do you have a different operator, or do I need a different track?

Hello, I need help locating the replacement hardware for this window. Please let me know if I can do a "best guess" using the photos provided or if a specific measurement is required. I only need the replacement crank hardware pictured. Thank you in advance.

Hi There, The operator worm gear is worn out. Can you help me identify a replacment operator for my kitchen window? House is a 1948 mid century but I'm pretty sure all the windows were replaced before I moved in.

The gears on the actuator arms jam and prevent the full opening motion of the window. The long arm on the right side is approx 9.25 inches and has 40754 stamped on the underside, and also says EntryGuard Truth. The shorter arm on the left is approx 4.5 inches and is marked 20610. Aloha, so this old Truth window crank is broken. Specifically just the small protruding stem with teeth that fits into the crank handle has broken off and the end is stuck inside the handle. Somebody probably fell or hit the handle casuing it to snap off. Only identifying marks I see is on one of th ... (cont.)
