It appears that the bushing collar has been removed or was destroyed. I need either a replacement bushing collar or a new operator

I would like to know the part number for the crank mechanism. The window measure 30"-31" wide and it is a right handed window thanks.

Need help identifying these windows. Thought they were Pella but Pella never used any of this hardware. No identifying logos but a manufacture date of January 1991.

Window opens but won't close.

I have a casement window that has no track on the bottom nor the part that attaches to the window that would ride in the track and keep the window close to the opening while it slides back-and-forth as the window opens or closes. Could not find any part numbers on removed parts. The photo showen is from another similar window. These windows were installed in 1997.

I am looking for an operator arm for Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I also sent another request for a separate part.

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.
