Good morning! Check out our 39-031 & 39-032 Truth EntryGard operators. These appear to match your originals quite closely, but you can review our specs to verify.

Do you sell the 39-031 with a step up offset?

I need a left 39-031 with a step up instead of a step down. Do you have these? Also need the equivalent in za right hand version.

Should this operator use the 39-107 or 39-107FK?

I have four entry guard dual arm operators, (39-032) The spline on the operators have all stripped. I will replace them. The current cover matches 39-107. Can I use 39-107FK instead? I would like a folding crank.

The corkscrew gear has come out my operator. Do you have it?

I have a situation the same on two of the windows in the house and I can't seem to locate the part/parts that I may need. on the underside on one of the cranks the numbers found are 14 45054 the other is 16 45054. Wood casement crank missing parts

Need replacement assembly

The closing mechanism stripped/broke when trying to open window after it was painted. On the handle is number 45054. I don't see any other markings on anything else.
