39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

HI, We have these wooden casement windows in our Sanctuary. Can you identify the operator from this picture? I believe it's a 9.5" arm. we want the whole operator. This is a working window, we have some that are not working and need this exact piece to be replaced. I am not sure if its right or left ... (cont.)

On the swing arm there is a number 20810on the flat plate where there are two wheel type mechanisms there is a number 90 and a 31 on other side where there are screw holes. the crank arm has a number 45054 on inside of it. frustrating in that handyman took apart and trying to make sense of pieces. ... I need right and left operators 20810 for my wood casement windows

Need 1 left & 1 right

Handle to open and close the window broke. Has the numbers 20810 and 30841L. Also says Entrygard and Truth. Not sure what the replacement would be. Could I get the correct number for a replacement part.

Cover and handle of casement window operator broke off. Was a twin to the installed one shown in second photo.

Hello - it seems I have a common problem. My crank handles open the window just fine. However, when I go to close the crank just comes loose and will not close them. The internet tells me I need to replace the full mechanism and that you may be able to help me.

Can I order this part?

The current Truth Entrygard operator parts (I believe they are dual arm operator parts) for the window are the following: L30841, 20810, 30767 Looking at the window from inside the house, the window opens to the right, so the dual arm operators are left hand operators.

Good morning, Can you help identify this part. I do not know the brand of the window but I noticed that the arm that swings the window out is Truth.I also need to replace the cracked handle and cover.Thank you

Hi - these are the markings R30842 Truth also Entry Guard 20810 House was built in 1988. We have all Marvin windows but I don't see any evidence of that on this bay window. I watched your video and think I can figure this out (maybe will help!)

9.5 to 10 inch long arm smaller arm

Hi--I think these windows date to the late 1980s. It's a single arm operator on a casement window. I would like to replace the entire operator, not just the handle. I think this is a right hand operator? But hopefully you can confirm what I need from the photos. Thanks very much. ... (cont.)

The window opens but won't close

I need both left and right

This is what I have.

Looks like a truth entry guard dual arm operator with 4 7/16 short arm. Short arm is offset up with the clip on top. I'm going to order 39.031 and 39.032 for a left and right hand combo. I'm also order the 39.107FK handle set. Does this look like it will work?
