39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hi I need a replacement for this mechanism. The black plastic part at the bottom of the window, that rides in the slide, is broken and a couple of the pivot point clips fall off easily. Please recommend parts to buy. I have left and a right hand.

The window doesn’t close completely because the last gear tooth is broken. How do I replace this gear mechanism? Do I need to remove the window frame first? I can see about six screws, but I can’t access them because the frame is in the way. Does the frame come off, or do I need to cut ... (cont.)

Hi, Looking for an operator for this one that no longer works. The arms say Truth Entry Gard. The short curved arm is 3" The arm it attaches to heading left is 4-3/8" (No. 2810) The long arm is 9". (Entry Gard) A number listed on the top hinge was 30744 if that helps.

I have several windows where the operators no longer work. The hardware on the casement windows are all manufactured by Truth. I found 2 types with different numbers imprinted on them: Most have 20810A imprinted on them and I don't see any ither number on any other part. Ther are two that also have ... (cont.)

The windows are like 30 years old I need the casement operator assembly the arm for a left and a right and then there's another window that's a double arm casement also more like an awning window
