I made an order with you in April of 2013. This was for a window crank, 39-031 and 39-032. I own a hotel and for some reason someone needed the bracket that the crank snaps into on the under part of the window. Let me know if you need more information to help find this. Thanks Gregg ... (cont.)

The spiral mechanism that connects with the gears that move and open the window is broken off on the end and will not close the window. It says 'Truth Entry Guard' but the piece that connects to the gear is angled and the replacement part #39-036 is not angled. The measurements are also different. ... (cont.)

The mechanism is labeled Entry Guard - Truth #20544 The arm is approx 8.5" Long (Best I can measure) Can you identify and supply a part number so I can order it? Thanks, Dean

The cranks on several of my Biltbest casement window operators no longer crank the window in and have come out of the main body of the mechanism. I bought a house with missing window crank openers. My neighbor has the same windows (from the same builder) and took a couple of photos showing the mechanics and the opener. The operator for this window needs to be replaced. It will open the window, but no longer closes it. I've removed part of the window casing to expose it for these pictures. I have four of these Thermal gard cranks. The windows have double latches which open simultaneously (if that helps you identify the brand) All of the cranks are in need of replacement for one reason or another. My guess is 25 years old?

Hi I have a bay window that has a broken crank on the right side of the window. The pictures I attached are from the working side. I'm not sure what I need for parts to fix it. Do I need the entire crank + assembly? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Jeff
