Hello, I have two windows were the handle cranks until locks up or - in the opposite direction - cranks off. Looking to replace or repair. Appreciate the help!!!

The crank has fallen off and just turns. The part is by TRUTH and says Made in the USA. Pictures attached. Do I need to replace the whole operating mechanism? Thank you.
