I am trying to replace a dual arm casement window operator. The window is small and having removed the old operator the long arm is about 7". Everywhere only seems to have a 9" long arm. Can you supply one ?

The crank handle came out of the mechanism. The window is a side out (left to right). The crank cover lays up against the ledge. The cover looks like part 39-322, but it isn't brass. From what I can tell, I think the replacement is the 39-032. I thought my operator cover just needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I need to replace operator mechanism on a window built by bestbilt around 20 years ago. These windiows were sold by harvey industries and they referred me to you. I can send you a picture of the operator mechanism if that would help.
