Yep, this is perfect! The pivot shoe in your photos is a match for our 15-199. This is used with the 3/8" Series 165 or 1/2" Series 160 coil springs so you'll need to measure your old spring to see which one matches best. For a new triple coil support, see our 15-150T or 15-205 depending on the width of the band on your original coil spring. You will also need to check the spring itself for a stamp that would indicate what weight you'll need to select. 

If the band of your coil spring is 1/2" wide, see the 15-150D. If it's 3/8", see the 15-204 instead.
