I am looking to replace a Norco casement window crank for a window opening to the right

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 39-013 and 39-014. Let me know if the dimensions match up with your old hardware.

Hi Bob

I am not sure how to measure this. The arm is 8 inches long and the track attached to the window that it glides in is 11 1/4 inches.

I would think the 13 1/2 would be too long.

Thoughts?

Hm, you'll need to disconnect the arm from the sash track to confirm the exact length, but I do agree it sounds like the 39-013 and 39-014 might be too long. Consider our 39-027E and 39-028E instead. These have 9-1/2" long arms. Even look at our 39-254E and 39-255E, which have 7-1/2" long arms. See if one of these sets is a better match.
