The screw gear attached to the crank handle appears to be stripped and does not engage the gears to open or close the window. Do you sell this part?

This is the code printed on the balance: 29-4 DF5 CMC 54 Also if you know the right clips that screw to the window frame that go with this channel balance, that would be great. Thank you, John

Hi, my sister has an Anderson crank out window that is 40+ years old. The windows crank out but will not crank back in. Wondering if you would have replacement parts for a window this old.

(1) of the larger one (2) of the smaller ones Larger one is marked 3310T B.S.L. Smaller 2730S B.S.L.

Cannot remove the screws from the existing casement hinge. They appear to be held from below the frame. Cannot tighten either. This channel is loose and inhibits sash travel.

Looking for replacement pivot bars but can't find these. It looks like maybe they say R7 on them.
