looking for a suitable replacement for glazing bead I'm looking for. 7/8" wide, 1/4" front leg that folds under. visible portion of top is 1/2" wide. it has a hook on the underside of the end that snaps into the frame. see pic. color is white.

Exterior slider with lock mechanism. Lock set not functional or repairable. Would like to replace with lock set or latch. Does not have to be long rail system that was there before.

Trying to identify and order replacement window balancers. The channel measures 32 5/8. Metal only. Has plastic end pieces. The numbers on them are 3230 bsi dr. I'm including photos. If needed.

26 5/8 is the length, 26 4 is stamped on it, Milgard is the manufacturer, I'm not sure when it was made and I need 10 total for 5 windows

I am in need of 4 replacements. Unit stamped Unique 27-D-40 They have a small metal clip at the top that slots into the vinyl window frame at the top and a tectangular small cast piece at the bottom.

The screw gear attached to the crank handle appears to be stripped and does not engage the gears to open or close the window. Do you sell this part?

This is the code printed on the balance: 29-4 DF5 CMC 54 Also if you know the right clips that screw to the window frame that go with this channel balance, that would be great. Thank you, John
