On the side of the metal is the following: 25 5 BSI PE The metal is 1/2" wide and deep. The length of metal is 25 5/8" The length of entire unit is (which includes the plastic ends) is 27" The windows themselves are Milgard.

Google picture search pulled this up as on of your parts. 40085 is stamped on the underside of the handle, no other numbers on the unit.

I am in need of replacement window balances. The items pictured are labeled "27S B.S.I. MF 30" and "31DS B.S.I. MC 36" any help is appreciated.

The number on the window is G0035CAB . Window is a Peachtree casement.

top of part V measures 1/8 height of part measures 7/16

Right side window opener and handle
