I've read that a replacement window mechanism is required. You have some labeled as 20 1/4" and 23 1/4" models. What, exactly is being measured?

I am looking to replace (2) right handed and (1) left handed cranks for our sunroom. It seems like it could be couple of these, but the ones I have only have one screw at the top and 2 underneath. Thank you in advance.

I think this is a 1350?Blue markings at the base say: 13-5 EK5 CMC 6.I figure I should replace both.Thanks,Grant

9700 series casement window. Latch wont lock with either the window open or shut. if Shut it will engage easily but wont lock.

Please see attached photos and let me know the closest match. 5 1/4" is the measurement from top screw hole to bottom screw hole

The coil balance on my window is broken and I want to make sure i get the correct replacement part.

The metal channel is 27" long. The windows are Kinro. I'm not sure when they were made but the mobile home is a 2006. I would need six balances. Thank you!

I have this glazing bead that I believe is from a Jeld Wen window, but I can't find any identifying marks on the windows to prove that. Regardless, many of the windows have damaged glazing bead from a hail storm, and I am needing to find a suitable replacement in a very close color. ... (cont.)

Looking to replace

I was able to grab some pictures of the tilt latch. These windows are in bad shape due to excessive heat and sun. Majority of the pieces are dry rotting. I need 7 right-side latch assemblies and 6 left; I need 4 left-side handles and covers and 3 right sides.
