Hello, I am looking to replace 2 window crank mechanisms. One that opens to the left and one that opens to the right. The long arm measures about 10.5 inches from the end to center of the crank. The short arm measures about 3.75 inches. Thanks for your help! Mark

the medal part of the pivot show broke off, and the coil isn't connected to it either. What parts do I need and how do I replace and repair them?

Based on the information provided on your website I think the part I need is 13" Series 380 Channel Balance. However I don't know if I need 1210, 1220 or 1230. The only marking that I can find on the balance is 12D.

The only marking i can see on this part is the letter "C" above the metal piece.

I need to order some of these. I was hoping you could help with a part number.

What replacement part matches my existing hardware?
