Hello, the plastic cover on my window balance are broken. 3/8 inside diameter and 7/16 on the outside. Would you guys recommend replacing the entire window balance or just the plastic. Window brand. Alcoa model 2Q92. 1Q92.

The window opens along the bottom. Any other info (like measurements) I could send to you?

Hi -these are being used for outdoor sliding screen doors in a marine environment. They do not have any identifying marks on them nor do the doors - the height of the housing is 11/16 of an inch, the width is about 7/16 of an inch, and the rollers are just about 7/8 of an inch.
