Looking for casement lock replacement. Is part number 38-096 correct? I measured the lock distance and it appears to be "long" at 1 7/8".

hi, I have 2 Anderson windows (etched on glass 8170) I am able to make out on the balancer part 11600-2 and D 277 127-81 8. I would remove the part and send photos but I am unsure on how to lower the top shash to remove the plastic covering. The top sash seems to be plugged with a shim on the bottom ... (cont.)

Looking to see if you have something similar to this window balance. It has a full spring with a rod through it and a plastic cap. The rope is screwed in on the top of the window jamb for tension. Thank you

Trying to figure out what part this is

I have 18 vinyl windows and half of them have broken practice parts at the top, middle or bottom.

My closet doors are mirrored metal bi-fold doors. The metal spring mechanism at the bottom has become partially disconnected. I cannot determine if a screw or rivet has fallen out of the mechanism connecting the two folding doors together. When open the metal mechanism is protruding and the holes ... (cont.)
