My recently installed garage windows was short one clip and I've not had any help from the builder in getting a replacement. Can you help?

I need help locating. I'm calling them window pegs. That blocks that tilt the window down.

We have a small frosted bathroom window, and the sash mechanism is broken. I can't find a brand name sticker on the window. Vinyl, approx 21"x17" verticle slide up side load. I'm looking for replacement parts for these sash locks. A few of the keepers are broken- the arched piece that the lock loops under broke off. The keeper is very small, measuring less than 2". And then a few of the lock side levers just don't operate. I haven't disassembled to see if I could reconne ... (cont.)

This is a picture of the latch i am looking at replacing . From the edge of the storm door to the center line of the mounting hole for the latch are 1 3/8 from the edge of the door.

I have a window tilt latch right hand side that measures 2 3/8 long and 9/16 wide.

Name on crank is anderburg, these were installed by Majic windows in 2008. Thx. Tom I need one left hand crank or the widow opens from right to left . Black or dark brown in color.
