This is on a 4 ft wide slider panel so I'd rather not have to remove it to see the rolling hardware. Did they use a standard for hardware over the years or will I have to remove the door to review the hardware? If you can narrow it down so I know what I'm looking for that would be great, don't have ... (cont.)

Hi, I have double hung windows and this part broke on the other side of the window. Basically the string snapped out of the base. Do you have the base part? Thank you.

Looking to replace the attached. It's unique because the lock is out side the rails but molded into the handle. If I can't find a replacement, do you have unlocking 3 15/16 handles and I could add a lock that's isn't integrated into the handle.

my rollers wheels are 1 1/8", the length is 3 1/8", the height is 1 1/8", and the width is 3/4". Canyon recommend a replacement as I see a few in your catalog that may work. I was hoping that you have an assembly with ball bearings that would fit my door. Please help!

We have two crank out windows on the sides of a bay window, each with two locks which we would like to replace. Pictures show the locks.

Here are photos of two different operators. First one is a 45251. Second one has numbers on parts, 20544, 30470 L.H. and 30636. I need to replace both of them.

Looking for a balance pivot for an unknown brand window. The pivot has the numbers 7 and 10 on it. One was damaged - Img 1503. Img 5012 is an undamaged balance. I have a Windsor window that were rarely opened (top tilt-in sash). When I opened the inside sash the outside top slid down.
