The closest item I can find on your site is the 90-278 which is the proper 2 1/16 screw separation but the hole distance out from frame appears to be wrong judging by the photos. I am looking to order about a dozen.

Hi — I need help identifying a Uni-Jel window balance. It’s a single-hung window, and one side has failed. Photos attached. Please let me know the correct replacement.

It looks like what I need is a keeper, but I don’t know which one I need.

There are, unfortunately, no identifying marks or labels except one number on one of the arms which is 30350. These windows have bars at the top of the window and bottom. Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you!

Andersen lock. Back of the plate says "7442-" with nothing following, but below that a bigger number "4" is present. The number on the lever is "C-7442-5".
