Hello, Can you help me find the parts for this coil balance mechanism? The coil is 3/4 inches wide. Thank you.

Recently moved in to our house and found one of the windows fell off the hinges. Looking at the markings it appears to be a two bar hinge that someone else also posted about(pic 1 with all the measurements). Would you have those in stock? My house was built in 2008. Thank you.

Need to replace two older Andersen operators for casement windows

I have some double hung sashes that are clouded over in a house that is 20 years old. The photo attached shows the mfr info, which is ell-1 series 400/500. Is there any chance of getting replacement sashes for these windows?

I'm looking for two parts for this window. First, it's missing a handle. Second, it is missing a clip/part that keeps the arm in the track of the window. Do you have any parts that will work?
