This part came off an Alside window we purchased about 20 years ago. As you can see the medal part that turns is broken and the spring has broke in two. I would like to order 2 more , one as a spare. Thank you.

I received two balances They are too short. The balances I received are the closest to the tape measure. My balances I need replacements for are the furthest from the tape. I have an octagonal window and this little part that holds the latch in broke off. Hoping to find the name of the replacement part if anyone knows what the latch is called. It had a vertical piece to hold the latch in that broke off. Thank you!
