Need to know what part to order

Hello- I have a broken window balance I want to replace and need help identifying the part so I can order it. The reference number stamped on the broken balance is 32-3 0614 VBS. the balance is about 33 inches long. See attached pictures. Thank you, Warren

It's around 2 in Has to do with the window staying open

No names/numbers on assembly. Rollers completely worn out. The roller assembly is hard to remove as outer frame is wider than opening at bottom of door. Tried to show this in photos. Thank you for looking at this.

Coil spring, part that holds the window up. It has broke, both of them broke

I tried really hard to read the numbering I tried to take a picture of all I can tell is it seems to say the word Canada and a four digit number with 18 in it

I have patriot windows. I've been told by a neighbor your 795 series should replace these balancers. The shoe has fallen off and cracked. Mine are 27-7/8" not sure if it's just 28". Bought the house last year and all windows are hard to open , pitch sideways in channel, or fall closed.
