Hello. I cannot find the brand (manufacturer) of the exterior French doors on the back of my house. (The doors were installed by a previous owner.) I am able to see the following, which is engraved into some of the windows in the door: SGCC2177 4MM UA 03/15/07 TEMPERED 16CFR 1201 ll ANSI Z97.1 ... (cont.)

My window will not stay up and slams shut if you don't hold it. Can you tell from looking at the pictures are the coils broken on both sides? And can you recommend replacement parts?

Broken hardware part has the inscription 9L or upside down it could be 76. It measures 1/2'' x 2.1/4''x1-1/8''. Thank you for your prompt attention.

There are no markings, numbers or branding that I can find, either on the corners or on the frame. Note the unusual offset plastic 'channel' on the low inside edge, and the row of comb-like 'fins' on the main outside edge. TIA

I need replacement crestline casement window operators. I've bought some from this site before but cannot find the exact matches now. I need both left and right operators. The windows are around 30 years old.
